4 Simple Tricks to Help With Weight Loss

Check your Weight Every Day

Careful monitoring of your diet and what you actually weigh, can really help you lose weight. In one recent study of 50 obese (fat) people found that those who followed this advice lost nearly twice as much weight as those who did not. Other studies have found the exact same results.

Create a Photo Record

Now here's a great way to keep a food diary, and again studies have proved that this really does work. Instead of writing everything down (a total record of everything you eat) take a quick picture of it with your mobile phone, or digital camera. Then download the image to your computer and at the end of the day, before going to bed, look at what you have eaten. Seeing any mistakes (high calorie intake etc) is a more effective way to change your eating habits, than reading about them.

Make a Food Plan.

Buy a notebook and make a plan of what you are going to eat on a daily basis, including snacks (yes you are allowed, but try to plan them). From this you have a clear picture of your planned eating habits, which will give you a easy way on balancing your food intake. Sometimes we can all get hungry, but also we can also eat as habit, or to satisfy an emotional need. Your planned eating habits will hopefully avoid this little strays from the straight and narrow. Also try putting simple exercise goals such as walks and gentle jogging to help your weight reduction along.

Give yourself a star

This may sound silly, but get yourself a packet of shiny stars. Then stick one in your planner against every day you stick to your plan. This can not only mean the eating part of the plan but also the exercise. It's clear proof that you are getting there.So there you are. 4 simple tricks that will really get you going in the right direction.However to really make sure you are heading towards that weight level and looking really good you need to stick to a well tried and tested plan.I strongly suggest a superb plan which does work, and work fast.
