This game is well exacuted, you will defenetly get wrapped up in the story line. Its unique and unlike any other RPG game ive ever played.. I loved the king, had his children and was burned at the stake but then my kid killed him so it was all g. I'd say it's realistic, believable and reminds me of my own family squabbles 10/10 would recommend.. What are you doing reading this? Buy it and play it, now.. Just finished my first play through of this execellent gem of a game. I tried playing it while watching wimbledon final, and wimbledon lost. This game really grabbed Me, and I totally look forward to replaying this several more times. So far I can wholeheartedly reccomend this title. But then again I have very strange tastes, lols.. Try it and enjoy.. Seems good, but doesn't live up to expectations. The story's relatively bland, many of the characters are unremarkable, and it's unimpressive, overall. I will say that this definitely had the potential to be a very interesting choose-your-own-adventure type game, but this was an idea the ended up being poorly executed.. As someone who greatly enjoys games of this nature I absolutely love this game! Upon buying this game I played it non-stop until I reached the first ending that I've ever received in this game. My first impression is that the story is charming, there are a wealth of options, and even without images I am able to become completely taken by the story. I find that, after my first play through and already through half of another, I only really have two things that I wish were in this game. One is that the option to be interested in both male and female parties would be present. The other is that, depending on exactly what you pick at the start in terms of romance, that more things would change.


Warning, spoilers past this point:
My first playthrough I played as Dõna Elosíe de Rivera and ended up falling in love with and then marrying the King himself. I went through the game with a character more inclined to intrigue and knowledge, however that choice came to bite me in the end as I was inevitably assassinated by my political enemies. I decided that, for a change, I begin a new game as Dõn Elosíe de Castillo (I'd fallen in love with the name, what can I say) but was mildly disappointed to find that the Queen (I aim high) as well as everyone else I encountered as a young man looking to flirt with all the lovely young ladies seemed to mirror their male counterparts exactly.

Overall, though, I find the game to be very charming and I definitely enjoy it. I'll be looking into more of the Choice games, that is for certain.
