STORY MODE

You will begin your journey as a tormented soul within the depths of hell, without any memories about your past.

The special ability to control people on your path, and even possess simple minded demons, gives you the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions you are in.

By exploring the hostile environment and interacting with other weary souls of the hellscape, the hero will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require meeting the mystical Red Goddess.

AGONY MODE

Agony features a full-fledged story mode as well as an open challenge system that
randomly generates levels for players to explore and survive to gain new Highscores. In
addition to featuring in countless “Most anticipated Horror Games 2018” lists, the kick
starter financed title is set to challenge players with its brutal and malevolent
environments.


Agony throws you in the midst of hell where you strive to stay alive
and solve the riddle behind the mysterious Red Goddess; architect of this place of sorrow
and pain, and the sole entity with knowledge of how escape… but there is more to the
story than it seems. Haunted by nightmare creatures, You will gain the ability to possess
demons and other souls to find a way out of hell.

hey this reminds me of Gachimuchi. Couldn't make it even an hour and a half before it felt boring and repetitive. Poorly made game.. oh gosh,
this is so unfun I stopped playing after I got to the first demon encounter,
will try the unrated version, avoid this at all costs though! you're going to have more fun with an ea game.. Well, the visuals in the previews hooked me into buying, but it's flat out awful, boring & broken, and yes I played the unrated version. Three hours of gameplay and I'm just walking around doing the same things over and over, look at stuff, pick up stuff, run & hide from stuff. I think the art is excellent and the setting has potential, but there is zero story or real gameplay. If the studio spent half as much time on gameplay and story as they did on the art, it would probably be amazing, but it's basically just a tourist in hell sim. Also, could they be any more heavy handed with the sexual imagery, big booty \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 faced demons and \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 apples? Seriously at some point, it just becomes so ludicrous that I start laughing. Being a little more subtle and leaving more to the imagination can be more disturbing than being run over by a truck load of slobbering cooz.
