This game is, as of this review, early access, and that carries with it a (valid) implication of a lack of polish. That said, this game is perfect for people who want to participate in the Battle Arena craze but want to practice without commiting others to have to put up with their newbie shenanigans. Practice your tactics, reloading on the fly, sniping without being a target yourself... No one knows how to do this right out of the gate, your favorite streamers have been doing this for YEARS. Granted, no AI will be as unpredictable as real humans, but this will give you a chance to rehearse and learn the habits to get you started.. There's no actual challenge with the bots, not really my type of game. I didn't know it's just a single-player battleroyale.
Good job for the lone developer though; I didn't know there's just one until I've read the reviews.

I have a problem with is the poor fps -- it's probably just because I'm running this on steam play, linux ubuntu but it couldn't be the source of the problem I think because I have a 1050ti. I've already put the graphic settings on low but it's still very low fps.

*trying to be a critic (lol) but seriously, I think this would help you (the dev) improve on this game with nice potential*
-The main menu doesn't have a settings button
-the UI has very bright colors and I see no opacity. It should look nice with a bit of transparency to give that "modern" look
\/\/simplicity is the key
-The bots are just standing which is even lesser of a challenge
-I don't think awareness is much of a thing to be enhanced by this game (just my opinion) as I can't hear the footsteps -- I can't recall actually.
-I don't think there's any more problem being the game an Early Access
-Your patience (You, the Dev) seems to be very long and made the game somehow successful based on what it should offer. YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD POTENTIAL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Also don't think of being a pay2win kind of dev on the long run when you get even more successful in the future

If I missed anything or typed anything offensive, I'm sorry.. There's no actual challenge with the bots, not really my type of game. I didn't know it's just a single-player battleroyale.

If I missed anything or typed anything offensive, I'm sorry.. Game runs well. Lead time on snipers etc good. But no footsteps from AI, battle royale games rely heavily on sound and getting 4 or 5 bots suddenly shooting you from behind is great for your twitch aim, but in a real BR game I would be dead. Could not get my mouse sensitivity low enough. But yes I can see how this game would help in BR games for spotting other players and sniping.. Don't expect the sun and the moon, but...
For this price, and given the premise that this is supposed to be a bootcamp, it's actually not that bad even this early on.
It does help you out to practice with different weapons that appear in various Battle Royale games, and it allows you to learn their quirks, how they recoil, effective distance and such.
I think there's still work to be done. I really hope that the dev won't abandone it, because it has great potential, but even today you can pick it up for the laughable price it sells for, and get that much needed practice.. I'm an old man 62 that took up gaming for the first time last year, I'm building a retirement bunch of games. But" I suck! This game is perfect for me I can practice without getting everyone mad....Now I just need the time :P.... Save your money, my dudes.

*Edit* This being a solo project, damn good job from the dev.. Save your money, my dudes.

Official Trailer - Patch 1.2. Patch 1.2 Game mechanics update | SNEAK PEEK:
Here's a quick clip of some of the improvements I've made to the foundations of Battle Royale Bootcamp.

Updates:. UPDATE: Big plans for the coming months!:
Battle Royale Bootcamps first month in Early Access has been a huge success!
As many of you know, this is a solo project so I would like to personally thank everyone who has invested the few bucks to get the game & provide me with much needed feedback. Both positive and negative feedback help me make decisions on how to implement improvements that the gaming community wants to see.

You'll all be happy to hear that the small success in the first month of EA has provided me with an opportunity to do a complete overhaul for you guys. The concept of Battle Royale Bootcamp will remain the same but players can expect a cleaner, more polished gaming experience in a much larger training environment.

Players who have been asking about multiplayer functionality, unfortunately will have to wait a little bit longer. I do have plans to introduce Co-op multiplayer so that players can practice squad tactics & call outs, but this will have to wait until after I have overhauled the single player version.

E.Murray.
