When you want to buy a second hand car you go to a second hand car yard and peruse what is on offer. So why don't we go to a second hand house yard to peruse the houses available nhà cấp 4 đẹp. Some areas have big yards where there is a range of second hand houses that have been moved there and are for sale. The are usually sitting up high ready for the truck to load them again and you go round with a little step ladder to climb up and check out inside.

These yards are usually in areas of high development where developers are buying up residential sites for high rise apartments. They sell the house off cheap and have it removed. This will only work of course where the house has a timber floor so that it can jacked up and steel bearers slid underneath and the whole thing loaded onto a truck and carted away. You don't see it much on the roads because they are usually moved at night when there is less traffic. These houses are stored in the house yard until sold.

When you buy one of these old houses you will only pay a fraction of what houses are costing at the time and your cost includes delivery to your land and set on steel stumps to 2'. You can pay extra and have it set on 8' stumps so you can use the underneath. The houses come in a single shift or a double shift depending on the size of the house. If your house is a double shift it has been cut in half and will require a bit of work to patch up the join. Once you have your house you will need to hook up water and sewerage and power etc. and get it livable. You will find that some local authorities do not allow them in their areas so check first. Other local authorities require a security deposit which is only refunded after the house is completed to their satisfaction.

The advantage here is that you can have a really nice period house for a real good price. Once you have completed the renovation and painted it, it will come up a real treat. In some areas, this practice has become so popular that it has spawned a whole new industry and experts in the house moving business. The same people do what they call re-stumping of your house. If you have an old timber period house they will come in and jack it up and replace all the old stumps and re-settle it again so your house is nice and level. In some cities now, because of urban sprawl the local authorities have reduced the size of the land required for housing. That means now that some people are having their house jacked up and moved to one side of their land. This leaves room for another house to be moved in next to them which they can rent out or subdivide and sell off.

Look at it as an option if you want a house on a budget and don't mind a bit of renovation work. If the authorities in your area are happy you could have an instant house moved to your land ready for you to get to work on.
