Kill space Asians for space first world countries. Boats also, like 2. But the boats are so cool it's ok. Actually pretty frickiin sweet game so like fr this is p good. Except it sucks sometimes.. Very engaging game if you like an interesting blend of RTS \/ FPS base building conquering. Ambitious and mostly successful, but a pain in the\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665in the beginning. Definitely worth buying when it's on sale!. I really tried to give this a good go. Huge fan of the original game with 16 colours. I can get around the terrible AI and it path finding. What I can't stand in a game is the buggy crashes every 5-10 min. It wouldn't be so bad if the F5-F9 quick load and save keys would work. Its common to clear half the island and have the game crash to desktop. Replaying that section could take 2-3 hours (because of more crashes). I don't have the time to do this over and over. Its not fun to play!
The path finding works for the most part, But will ultimately fail when you need it most. Its comical when you force drive a stuck walrus over a bridge. Only to see it masterfully drive back the wrong side again again with no trouble.
The game feels clunky. A buggy mess. Don't buy this.. Ever wanted to be captain on a carrier? This game is really fun: launch patrols, perform air&ground strikes, manage loadouts, research weapons, resupply units... it's really fun.
The storyline is pointless, but you can play a Skirmish mode that lets you set how hard you want the game to be. Basically, its your carrier vs. theirs, so be sure to keep your supplies high and defences up... you never know when that carrier arrives!
Perform all actions from the carrier and watch the AI perform strikes as requested (most of the time). Or fly the planes\/tanks in first person manually and reign terror on the enemy fortifications. Strategy makes a good difference: sling load tanks, repair in-field, fire missiles, fire arty, drop bombs, launch nukes... lots of options.
Conquer the map and remove the enemy defences, take their supplies and grow your team. It's like any strategy game, but with the fun of 1st person.
