Corbett national park is a best tour place In order to enhance the tourism service and efficient tourism management at the Corbett National Park, National park is divided in 5 zones and 1 buffer zone. Each zone has its own administration to manage the tourism activities and has the separate entry gate for the safaris. The five zones are Dhikala, Bijarani, Jhirna, Dhela and the Durga Devi zone and buffer zone is Sitabani. All the ecotourism zones organize the forest safari in two shifts every day, which is a first come first serve service. To ensure the tourist flow in every zone, the fixed number of Jeep safaris is allowed in every zone. The number of Jeeps allowed to enter varies with the zone. The jeep safari is not organized in the Dhikala zone but the Canter safari is organized in this zone to explore the wildlife.
All the zones have been enriched with the different flora and fauna of the forest and each zone has its own distinct charm making it equally attractive landscape for wildlife lovers. The chances of the tiger sighting, as well as the other wild animals, are approximately same in each zone.
