The game goes back and forth between action and puzzle sequences, and both sides are entertaining and interesting. There is a good bit of variety to the puzzles, and they can be quite challenging. The action sequences are exciting, easy to control, fast paced, and can provide a good challenge.

The only downside to this game is that it is becoming extremely long in the tooth, and the graphics and sound are aging and not extremely well. The graphics can get quite blocky at times.
Overall this is a fun retro game whose gameplay still holds up well, but the graphics and sound not so much. If you can handle that, you are in for a good time.
Prince of Persia 3d is a sequel to the original Prince of Persia action games that came out many years ago. You complete action platforming sections and also solve puzzles to avoid the machinations of the Sultan's evil brother.
