Set to be released together with the Drop Jordan the Air Jordan 3 NRG Dunk Contest are set to drop on the 30th Anniversary of the throw line dunk from 1988. They will be a signature mark of a glorious moment in history that has been celebrated for decades. This will be Air Jordan’s way of recognizing the event, by giving us the White Cement Jordan 3 that Michael Jordan wore during the dunk, or at least an almost replica of it.

What I’m getting at with my clever twist above is that the new sneaker shares a lot of feature with the original Air Jordan 3’s that Air Jordan 11 Win Like 96 war to the Dunk Contest, and rightfully so, as they are a celebration of this infamous moment.Although there are alike, a few details separate the original from 1988 and the new release of 2018. The new Jordan 2018 release has the ‘147’ number on the tongue, this has been stamped here to symbolize Michael Jordans total points (in the final round) of the Dunk Contest.

That slam dunk Cheap Air Max achieved is recognized as been as masterful and it put the Air Jordan 3 in the picture. It became iconically recognized and was affiliated with the masterpiece Jordan created in the contest. These are attributes that the Jordan Brand has tried to create in the new Jordans and remind people how awesome the event and the sneakers were. They have also gone ahead to improve its design to achieve some of 2018’s aesthetic and performance necessities.
