1- Due to the size of the device it is ultra light and needs to be secured when in use. The cords outweigh the projector which makes it difficult to keep still. 2- The room needs to be somewhat dark when presenting 3- Must have stand alone speakers if your presentation requires sound.
From the perspective of business graphics, which seems to be the targeted market of this PicoPix given the sales graphics, I happily report that most bright PowerPoint presentations will look fine so long as the room is dark enough and you have a way to place the projector to minimize the keystone effect. However, if you are looking for movie nights, the contrast is so low even at the H setting and I cannot recommend it for that application.
Top critical review.
Even with the improvements I find this device to do all that I require with the mobility required in my position.

The projector itself has two controls only: an L/M/H intensity slider, and a rotary focus ring. The moment you plug in the USB cable to an uplink (such as your laptop or a USB power supply or a USB battery pack), the projector turns on. Then you can rotate the focus ring to try to focus. I said “try”, because the focus ring is geared at such a high ratio but with such light friction that it is actually difficult to obtain good focus in practice. This takes half a star off in my book.

The PicoPix comes in a.
3 inch box. Inside you will find the projector itself, a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable, and a USB to micro-USB cable with a Y power extension (i.e., you can draw power from two USB A ports). Setting up takes no time and everything is plug and play.
The three provided intensity levels are very useful, and in a completely dark room the medium intensity is already bright enough at the maximum projection size of 120”, which I tested in my home theatre room. (The L setting, frankly, is so washed out that even in a completely dark room it is quite useless.) However, once there is any light contamination, such as in an office setting, you really need the H setting.
Fortunately, there is a standard tripod screw hole in the bottom of the projector. So you can actually put the projector anywhere in 3-space. However, note that the included cables are 3 feet in length and this can limit placement.

Courtesy of the Amazon Vine program, I have received a “Philips PPX4010 Portable LED Pocket Projector with USB, HDMI Connectivity, 120" Video Projection (Silver)” for review. I have had a lot of experience with projectors both in home and office applications, but this is my first experience with pico projectors. (I will follow Philips and call this “PicoPix” below.)

Unfortunately there is no other image adjustment on the PicoPix. This may bring a surprise to many users: there is no keystone compensation setting, and so you have to move the projector towards the center of the screen in order for you to not see a trapezium image. In other words, if you put the projector a desk in your office, then you will need to live with the center of the image being at the desk surface level.
1- This is a small unit. Tiny, so if you are looking for ultra mobility you have the right device 2- The device does not require a power source, it plays from the power of the connection (tablet, laptop, phone)

My 4/5 rating is because I rounded down after taking half a star off due to the difficult-to-operate ring.

Top positive review.
This is just the type of device I have been looking for. It has a good picture and casts just the size of screen for any office presentation. I will list the PRO's first and then what I think could be better:
