Do you hear ear noise? Hearing Loss Protocol Review Something like an unexplained ringing or hissing that you constantly hear? Then you might have a symptom called tinnitus. It is a symptom usually connected to eventual hear-loss. There are many causes of tinnitus; even some medication you would take can cause such to happen. However, the most common cause would be exposure to excessive loud noise. An otolaryngologist, commonly known as an "ENT," is the right doctor for you to see and ask about this condition.

As of today, there are no treatments for tinnitus. There are, however, things to help bear the condition. Some treatments have worked for some, but the results differ from person to person. If it cannot be treated, it is best to go for the alternatives. Some alternatives are the use of hearing aids, which will enable one to hear things more easily. Another is what is called a masker, which is like a hearing aid, except its job is to literally "mask" the ear noise, making it less or not perceptible.

Another way would be the least obvious - learning to relax. The concept of this treatment is to train yourself to relax enough, so that the tinnitus does not get perceived by yourself as worst than it actually is. In other words, increase your tolerance of the endless ringing. Though the most important thing one should do when faced with tinnitus is to not stress your ears as much as you can. Give your ears time to rest from all the noise in the world. Sometimes, this alone can help reverse the effects of tinnitus.
