How to deal with the crack and wear of the sand machine frame

For mining machinery, wear is the most common problem with equipment. However, in the case of sand making machine, in addition to wear, there may be problems such as cracks in the frame, wear of the bearing parts, and offset of the detachable frame after long-term operation. Whether it is wear or crack, these are the equipment manufacturers and users need to face together. The methods for dealing with these problems are described below for your reference.

1. Crack repair.
The frame crack of the sand making machine often occurs in the weak part of heavy load or stress concentration and the original casting processing defect. The specific repair method and sequence of the sand making machine equipment can refer to the repair of the dynamic crack.
2. Wear and repair of bearing support parts.
In some cases, due to improper use and maintenance inspection, the sanding machine may cause serious wear and even damage to the bearing parts. If it is not repaired immediately, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment.
There are two repair methods: (1) proper welding of the worn parts, followed by boring and planing to restore the original fit size; (2) grinding and offset parts of the boring and planing bearing support parts, Original size, re-fitted with tile lining or bearing housing.
3. The rack-to-mouth grinding of the sand making machine is repaired.
Sometimes the detachable frame can be worn due to long-term operation and poor maintenance.
The repair method is as follows: firstly according to the original design drawing size, the grinding and eccentric frame is inspected and measured, the specific value of the grinding deviation is determined, and then the welding is performed according to the required processing size, and the original matching table size is restored. After repair, the center distance of each bearing required by the original design must be guaranteed.
In the face of equipment failure, find the cause of the equipment failure, solve them one by one, and pay attention and maintenance in the future use of equipment is the most important. At the same time, manufacturers should also choose wear-resistant materials with high wear resistance when selecting equipment materials, and select suitable materials according to the nature of equipment processing materials to reduce equipment wear and failure rate.
