If you are facing a similar issue on your system, here are some instructions to solve your problem.

Turn off Hardware Acceleration
You should follow these directions that are given below:
1. Firstly, launch the Firefox browser and select the Options through the hamburger icon.
2. After that, scroll to locate the option of Performance.
3. Then, untick the ‘Use Recommended Settings’ box which will display to you the option for enabling or disabling the ‘Hardware Acceleration’ option. Untick that too.
4. Now, reboot the browser.

Turn off Add-ons
Follow the directions given below:
1. Navigate to the Mozilla menu by selecting the hamburger icon on the upper right-hand corner. Click on the ‘Add-ons’ option.

Turn on Autoplay through Browser

1. You should select the padlock at the left-hand side of the address bar and click on the arrow button.
2. Then choose the ‘More Information’ option, and it will launch a fresh menu.
3. Go to the Permissions section through the launched menu.
4. You will view a permissions list through the option of Autoplay, untick the User Default box.
5. Later, choose the button for ‘Allow Audio and Video.’
6. Now, reboot the browser.

Refresh the Firefox

1. Launch the Firefox browser on your system.
