You may install the driver in Compatibility mode Steps to follow:
· Is the webcam integrated with the computer?
· Is the driver you are trying to install downloaded from manufacturer website?
i. Right Click on the Program or the device.
iii. Click on Compatibility tab.

· Who is the manufacturer of the webcam?
