My takeaway for today: It seems like most people are happy with the drop now, I see alot of folks coming into the card just a little bit too. We have a free PD(kinda), imo a excellent spotlight series and rewards for them, and perhaps we even get a GOpal Kobe soon. In case GOpal kobe has the same jumper then the rest of his stats fixed to coincide with his mid 2000s play, itll be OP. The benefits for your challenges are good IMO although the card is meh. You get a lot NBA 2K MT of tokens, you get mt, and you get packs/consumables which you may either sell or use for more MT. We'll definitely get an Opal at a certain point now that we understand they possess back his rights. It's only a matter of how we will have the ability to get him. This jumper is btw.

I really don't think anyone can complain about the complimentary content that is complete. Not to mention that guys like me that love boundless contracts caught oodles for 6k. We were all up in arms earlier when we believed the card was the be-all and end-all of this material. I'm really really hoping that they drove that lots of tokens at us since they are going to place the opal in nominal rewards. It would make sense. They can't be accused of cashing in on the catastrophe should they place it as a reward. If they put the opal in packs, folks can scream bloody murder.

I like the theory that he's going to be the next spotlight sim/whatever spotlight type thing the do second's reward. Or like they do some other spotlight sim type item, you get another Opal and you then lock the Harden and another opal in to find a GO Kobe. That is an Opal token Kobe, a take. I could actually see happening, especially since they are giving us an opportunity at so many tokens. I might have to start grinding domination for all those tokens.i think kobe was among the three GO players along with such as lebron and vince carter that they had from the market at the end of 2K18 or 19.

Can't comprehend why some people are so adamantly against giving a free, good Kobe. What's such a huge deal about everybody having Kobe for four months to celebrate himthen from 2K21 on he's in packs like everybody else. Just do not get why that ruins NBA 2K for anybody lmao. People are pissed because this Kobe card is much worse than every single packable card that has come out in recent releases. Diamond Grayson Allen should not be better than Pink Diamond Kobe just because Kobe is free.

The matter is 2K gave us a"pink diamond" Kobe to buy mt that is not remotely usable in online play or against the computer on any difficulty above all star for that matter and you know they are going to launch a Kobe card that's godly in packs to profit off of Kobes passing. I really don't think anyone is against it. If 2K had published a free opal Kobe, I do not believe many would have whined. The matter is the men and women who believe that they had been entitled to whatever bc Kobe died. People were demanding absolutely free cards and jerseys from 2K. 2K eventually gives a free cardthat people are still whining. They didn't want the card to remember Kobe, they just wanted a great card for their Myteam.
