This game is incredibly fun to play, and becomes better and better as you learn to do things faster. Grinding for good times on individual levels as well as the entire speedrun is challenging and gives you a good adrenaline rush. The community is growing steadily and the devs are listening to feedback and actively communicating with the players.. Hard, rage-inducing, yet forgiving in every misstep. Impulsion is a game that encourages you to keep going, no matter how many times you hit that orange field, or fall into the water. While I admit that I want a checkpoint system, starting over from the beginning of the level each time allows you to get better at each section, making sure you understand the timing. It's fun and addictive, and the mechanics get easier as you go along. I recommend having everything on low if you wish for a slightly easier time, that definitely helped me get through some levels and I'm planning on having it like this the whole way through. In other words, give it a try.. It's good if a bit short. To really get deep into it it takes a more competative mindeset than mine. I appreciated the time spent in the game though.. One of the best platformer parkour game. 10/10 for me.. Very fun game, testing your reflexes' speed and accuracy. For those who want more challenge than just the levels, you can see other players' score and try to improve your ranking.. It's good if a bit short. To really get deep into it it takes a more competative mindeset than mine. I appreciated the time spent in the game though.. It only took me around 3 hours to finish all 25 levels, but speedrunning is implemented very well with in-game leaderboards for each level and a speedrun mode for any%. It is addicting going for better times and better slots on the leaderboards, this gives the game so much replay value. It's a unique experience and I'd say worth the price. I'd love to see Steam workshop implemented with community maps for this game.. This game is great fun, the mechanics are very easy to learn and i would say hard to master, because there is always a way to do most levels faster. If you enjoy intense fps platformers this game will not dissapoint you, it's also for the person that always wants to challenge himself to achieve the fastest time you can get. There is one thing that felt weird at times, your body's hitbox feels wider then you think compared to where your guns are on the screen, leading to you hitting lasers/walls etc when you thought you were far enough away from them but maybe its just me. Also the sassy narator is really funny the first 10 times you hear him when you die, but after a while its just the same voice lines over and over again.. . i may have only played this game for 2 hours but it has been the most fun i have ever had in a video game. even when i get to a hard level, it feels really good when i figure out how to do it and the past. once you figure out how to do a level you can just get through it so fast.
