In order to promote the popularization of NHL Coins ice-snow sports in elementary and secondary schools in Haidian District, promote the Olympic spirit and promote the improvement of the physical health of primary and middle school students in Haidian District and the development of off-campus sports, the Haidian District Ice and Snow Sports Federation (English name "Haidian District Ice and Snow Sports Federation") March 21, 2018 was announced in the Wukesong HI-PARK basketball park VIP multi-purpose arena.

The aim of the Haidian District Ice and Snow Sports Federation is to integrate multiple resources, build a platform for cooperation and sharing, effectively provide social resources for the promotion and popularization of ice and snow sports in Haidian District, and jointly promote the snow and ice in primary and secondary schools in Haidian District. The work of popularizing sports will jointly promote ice and snow sports culture and jointly promote the integration of ice and snow into people's daily life. The specific tasks include: sharing the resources of the coalition members and their advantages; realizing the sharing of resources such as social venues, enterprises, and educational and scientific research institutions within the alliance; organizing education, teaching, and research institutions to carry out special studies on the snow and ice movement of primary and secondary school students; and regularly organizing ice and snow sports cultural promotion activities. To create a strong atmosphere for the snow and ice movement; to organize ice and snow sports venues within the Union to give elementary and junior high school students discounts below market prices on the premise of cost accounting, and to give free winter Olympics snow and ice sports experience tickets to primary and secondary school students in Haidian District each year.

The Alliance invites social clubs, enterprises, education and scientific research institutes, etc. that have a sense of social responsibility to actively practice and participate in the public welfare activities of ice and snow sports. Alliance member units make full use of the Internet and new media resources, promote the cooperation and exchange of shared resources in the region on the basis of the Union’s integration of resource advantages, and better serve middle and primary school students in Haidian District. At present, Wukesong Stadium, Shiji Jinyuan, Qinghe Wucai City, Jinhui Ski Resort, Zizhuyuan Park, Yuyuantan Park, Yuanmingyuan Park, and Mania Park have become the first members.
