I lost several hundred emails from my sent items folder in OE. I was able to find them with the free demo. Once I bought the prodcut I was able to export them back into the sent items folder in OE.
The step by step procedure could be clearer, but after a few attempts I figured it out.
Fortunately, the .bak file from the compact that created the problem was still in the recycle bin, and this is where the missing emails were found.

The program failed to recover data as advertised. The response was to run the demo prior to the purchase and most demos are just that, value less demos. The process must have been to complicated for me, but tech support suggested I try the R-Studio to recover the file. I can be suckered once. Save your money.

I have tested it on a inbox.dbx what couldnt be recognized by OE.
It found 1982 of 1982 email, complete with attachment, correct mailhead and date. It can save as *.eml and import to OE. Support have promized that it will also save these mails in a new inbox.dbx but I have not been able to test this as I have problems with the Windows installation.
After pressing the button "pay", I got the key or serial on next page, thats the best of all. The program is easy to use, fast. No need to read a manual or help.
There was no way to save this result, so I read help and the manual before contacting support.
Not really anything but it is a bit boring, no fun, no surprizes.
Support didnt manage to reply within promized 4 hours but 6 hours and others cant make it in 24 hours. Good reply, explaining how to save these 1982 e-mails in a new dbx, only problem is that my Windows have big damages and cant do it now. I cant do drag and drop. Copy and paste dont work in OE.
