Yeeeah, I don't really give a damn about these younger versions supporting cast at best. Im sure many folks just wanna pay to see the O.G's back. After John Wick 3, the old dogs learned some new tricks.

The matrix hero crossword. An awe inspiring film with some of the most unusual imagery I've seen since Dark City. The plot is far more comprehensible than I thought it would be from the looks of the previews.
The film revolves around the character known as Neo (Keanu Reeves. A computer programmer / hacker who suspects that something is wrong with the world, and that something has to do with The Matrix. Unfortunately, he has no idea what the matrix is.
I really don't want to give away any of the plot beyond this, because the mystery of it is part of the fun. This movie is well thought out, well acted, well directed, and just plain great. It also has quite a bit of humor in it. Mostly in the form of poking fun at cliches.
. Classic, go see it.

After I saw this I was 9 I couldn't believe how good it was even for my age it had me hooked, After this movie came out I was to little to understand it so when the 2nd one came out not a lot of ppl attended the movie release but the 2nd is still my favorite of all time. The Matrix Reloaded I'm so lucky I grew up watching this.

Movie historys peak performance. There will never be a wow factor like Matrix had in 1999. There is no Matrix without Laurence Fishburne. Before I begin, let me say this: I am not a fan of Keanu Reeves' acting ability. Short of "Bill & Ted" movies, he hasn't found a niche yet (in my opinion. I went to see this film on the advice of several people whose opinions are valuable to me. What I found was that Keanu's normal stupidity actually was believable here! This film (for Keanu) works! Really.
I was impressed with all the acting, the effects, and even with Keanu. This IS his best film to date.
Is this film as good as the rating makes it sound? No. I reserve an "8" rating for films like "The Empire Strikes Back, but this films isn't as bad as a "6. by default I give it a "7. Could be a bit better, and could have been a LOT worse!
See this film if:
(1) you're a big Keanu fan. (2) you are a computer savy (IT professional) person (3) you like fire-fight scenes.

Although Neo did indeed physically die at the end, I've always believe that his RSI remained inside the Matrix because the first mission of Matrix Online was to find fragments of Neo's RSI, and the RSI was later partially reconstructed by the machines and displayed in a club, so it's clear that some digital artifacts of Neo remained inside the Matrix. I've theorized this in comparison that Neo was able to project himself in Mobil Train Station even though he wasn't connected to anything. It's also clear in Revolutions that those two parts can be separated (his physical vs his digital artifact. Neo's death is clearly hinted at with the cross light metaphor of the Christ when the machines send the kill code for Agent Smith (whether it's a kill code specifically for Agent Smith or just killing the body of Neo remains up to debate, but we can clearly see the highlighted sending of a command from the Deus Ex Machina' to Neo via the glowing wires just a moment before Agent Smith is deleted. However, since Neo is clearly a messianic figure like the Christ, he may resurrect. And indeed, in the Matrix Online game canon, there were clear hints that he did, under the traits of Sarah Edmontons (the mystery bluepill woman) who had awaken from a coma. Morpheus acknowledged that Neo's body had not been recycled, and the fact that Sarah Edmontons is an anagram for Thomas Anderson, it was widely believed that she was somehow Neo, the One. Furthermore, on one Machines' set of critical missions, it turned out that Edmontons does not exist in any known database, therefore also supporting the speculation that Edmontons is Neo.

 

NOTE: This Hotel (Heart O The City) and Hotel Room #303 that Trinity runs from are the same exact Hotel and Room which at the films end, Neo runs into and ultimately makes his stand against the agents.
