Rejuvalex very hard to duplicate that with you know just the efficiency of being able to do that whether the device is there so I mean I mean a Manman your thing that's a subject think I can I can talk about all day and it's a you know I would say that the disadvantages to manual training is I guess a lack of precision in the amount of tension you're using but I think you know you can make up for that by taking things a little more slowly and just by really focusing on you know the quality of the exercise as opposed to just getting caught up in the you know the number of reps that you're doing more seeing how hard you pull and this kind of training really also it's it's not conducive to extremes you know like there's some forms of training out there where the harder you push yourself the better results you get you know manual hansman training it's not like that you know it it's not like power lifting or bodybuilding I mean if you had to compare motive training I would prepare bored of something like yoga you know where the objective
