Actually no. If that is what you intended. Otherwise, yeah. This makes me somewhat worried, I expect that PSO2 Meseta the decorative items from PSO2 nevertheless get some kind of visual overhaul, so it may look weird equipping PSO2 Graphic clothing on a PSO2NGS character. It also states your have 2 player versions, you are going to use a PSO2 model for PSO2 outfits along with a NGS model for NGS outfits I envision Outfits and Layerwear are designed to a particular body type and would need to be recreated in order to match the new and enhanced body. So instead they just ported it as is and created a body that matches them.
On the other hand, if you put on a NGS outfit and deliver it to PSO2 base match, your fingers will proceed in PSO2 base match also. Considering this, I believe they are currently just doing a copy and paste of fashion compatibility at the moment, like how you watch Ash in NGS looks like, as a stop gap, meanwhile after NGS is released for a while, they might individually fix or upgrade certain Fashion items which may appear dated or look weird that has been carried over from PSO2. Let's just hope this. On the other hand, if you put on a NGS outfit and bring it into PSO2 base match, your fingers will move in PSO2 base game too. In my head it's sounding just like PSO2 is"1-95" and NGS is"96-whatever", but the levels"past" 95 won't work in OG PSO2. Or like when FFXIV Shadowbringers' 71-80 new abilities did not function in articles from preceding expansions (that is how it works now in instances unless you unsync). Though NGS appears to be adding a facet of"Imagine if ShB had a bunch of new skills that replaced your 1-70 abilities that just worked in ShB articles".
I am happy they put this info dump out. I'd expected most of the but was not quite sure about a few things (their wording made me wonder about outfits/clients/etc). If we only get a true ranged/tech hybrid... They already mentioned on the 2nd trailer that levels and stuff will probably likely be buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta separate. You are going to be back in Lv1 in NG, and not all classes will be there at launch. I meant it in a"we won't have access to our older abilities until we go back to the OG PSO2 boats" sorta way. But my explanation was bad (and I'm not positive if my new one below's any greater ).
