Byredo被稱為「香水界的LV」，它是瑞典斯德哥爾摩的香味屋，名字來源於莎士比亞書中的一個短語「by redolence」，意為氣味甜美的香水。

Byredo由Ben Gorham成立於2006年，他們家的香水去掉繁文縟節，一切從簡，ins冷淡風黑白色調的包裝，別人家品牌用幾十種香料做一款香水，他卻只用幾款（關鍵是賣的還更貴）……Ben Gorham的香水理念是：香氛最迷人之處在於「無形」，卻能喚起人的情緒和情感。因此，每一隻Byredo的香水都充滿了故事。

出生於瑞典的斯德哥爾摩的創始人Ben Gorham，父親是加拿大人，母親則來自印度，他經常自嘲自己是個「門外漢」，沒錯，他一直到27歲的時候都是個籃球運動員，退役之後遇到瑞典著名調香師Pierre Wulff才進入調香界。靠著無與倫比的天賦，天馬行空的創造力，Ben Gorham殺入了競爭激烈並且看中家族傳承的香氛界。…
