Water for my restaurant

I am the owner of a famous restaurant. Now I am thinking about changing the water purification system, because this is important, I think. Any tips?

Hmm ... I think that's a good idea. The quality of the food prepared depends on the quality of the water. This can negatively affect the image of your restaurant if you use poor quality, polluted water.
