If you have stumbled across this article you are probably upset about your current body and can't seem to find an answer on how to effectively get rid of that belly fat. I will go over a few key things required to actually lose any fat.
The most important thing is not nutrition or fitness, but determination! It doesn't matter what meal plan or exercise routine you follow if you don't stick with it and stay focused on your goal. So the first thing I did and the first thing you should do is set a goal. I never really make any goals when I exercise, but the first week I started making goals, everything started to change.
I would make very small goals. Like I would make a goal that was very easy, such as working out for 15 minutes a day. After time it started to become easy to do and I added 5 minutes the next week. Before you know it I was up to 30 minutes every day! It is not much but for me who usually can't stick to one thing for very long, it was a big accomplishment!
After doing that it was just a matter of proper dieting, which again I would set small goals and still eat junk food and go to McDonald's. I didn't get instant results obviously, but slower results beat no results any day! I cut down on my belly fat and started to actually get abs from just short workouts everyday.
After continuing to do this I really wanted to get more drastic results, 15 Minute Manifestation so i started searching online. I didn't want to pay for a private instructor at the gym because I did not have the budget for that. If you had the money I would say go with a private instructor but like most of us we suffer from the current rough economy and have had to make cutbacks already.
