Gazelle adidas gazelle pink Rot (red) featured a transparent non-slip sole lifted from the earlier ‘Olympiade’ shoe. Made of gum rubber with a grooved wave pattern it was perfect for outdoor use. The Gazelle Blau (blue) had a microcell ripple sole. Microcell technology incorporated small air bubbles into the rubber which offered a more cushioned impact on landing and the ripple effect offered firm footing on indoor surfaces.

Next to join the reunion adidas gazelle red is the slight alteration of the DNA, the Gazelle Super.Aesthetically it may ring a few bells, with it’s side branding patch baring resemblance to that used on the Samba Super of the same era. It’s being reintroduced back into the limelight in a duo of OG inspired colourways that continue to sit perfectly on any classic Originals style. The simple yet pleasing combination of a clean, singular colour as a foundation, finished off with white leather branding, traditional cerrated stripes adorning the sidewalls, and the signature gold foil lettering.

Terrace adidas gazelle green Casuals, Britpop icons and a whole host of other movements in between have been infatuated by these shoes and they continue to attract new generations of fans to this day.

It fitted perfectly into the adidas gazelle white specification and conformed to the altering needs of consumers, this era made it acceptable to wear these shoes for everyday activities as well as for sports.
