What is the cancellation policy of Kuwait Airways and how can we cancel the tickets?

* The passenger will not be required to pay any charges if the cancellation is done within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

* The request of the full refund request can be made within 24 hours of the purchase of the flight ticket and you will be refunded the amount through voucher or miles that you can use in the future for the flight reservations in Kuwait Reservations.

* As per the cancellation policy, the cancellation that is made within 7 days before the departure of the flight can be annulled with a fair amount of cancellation charge that varies from flight to flight.

* The section of the unused flight tickets might get canceled and the fare will be returned through a voucher that can be used further.

* Most importantly, you can only cancel the flight and get a refund if your flight is refundable otherwise you are not allowed to cancel the flight.

* You can cancel your flight reservation prior 2 hours of the departure from the scheduled departure for Kuwait Airways flight. The tax and the other charges will be deducted and the amount will be credited through miles.

If you want to cancel your flight reservation, you have to follow the steps:

* Go to the Kuwait Airways website and select the Manage Booking option.

* Then, you have to fill in the details like booking reference number, last name, and then click on the submit button.

* Thereafter, you will find the Cancel booking option if your flight is eligible for the cancelation or changes.

* Click on that option and once you confirm your cancellation, you will get the amount within 14 working days.
