Method 1 – Verify date and time
Check if date and time are correct on your system.
If not, go to the bottom right on your system.
Put the cursor on the displayed time, and right-click it.
Now, click on Adjust date/time.
Restart QuickBooks.

Method 2 – Make changes to Internet Options
Check the working condition of the internet of your system.

Navigate to the Start menu.
In the search field, type the words – Control panel.

From the list of restore points, choose the latest one.

Wait for the restoration process to finish.
Reboot your PC.
Method 5 – Use Registry Editor
Before making any changes to Windows registry, backup the registry. It is not recommended to make changes to registry yourself. It should be done by an expert. If anything gets wrong while making changes to the registry, your computer can stop working.

Navigate to the Start menu.
In the search field, type the word – command.
Press together the CTRL and Shift keys and hit Enter.
You will see a User Account dialogue box on the screen.
Click on the Yes button.
A black box having a blinking cursor will appear.
Type the word – regedit.
Press Enter.
Now, you have to select key related to QuickBooks error 12152 in registry editors such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Choose Export in the File menu.
Store the Google Chrome or IE backup key in a folder.
Name the folder.
Ensure Selected branch is chosen.
Click the Save button.
Finally, verify that the file has been saved as a .reg file.
