Safari is a web browser which is used only on Apple devices. Safari is the same as the other web browsers and compatible with incognito mode, multiple tabs and many others. Clear Corrupt Cache
Open the Safari browser on the Mac system.
Press on the Preferences menu.
Once you have gone to the preferences menu, press on the Privacy option.
After that, choose the Manage Website Data option.
Press on the Remove all option for deleting the unwanted data by going to the Safari browser.
Start the Safari browser.
You need to try to access the site once again.
You need to check whether the Safari cannot open the page error.
In case you are using an iPhone, you need to follow the steps mentioned below:

Launch the Settings tab on an iPhone.
Go to the Safari browser.
After that, go to the down till you get the Clear history and website data option.
In case you are getting the User Account Control menu, you need to proceed to the next step.
Start the Safari browser once again.
You have to check whether the Safari cannot open the page error is fixed or not.
Change the DNS
Launch the System Preferences tab on the Mac computer.
After that, choose the Network option.
Press on the Advanced option.
Go to the DNS setting tab by pressing on it through the above-mentioned option,
Type the given address 8.8.8.8.
After that, click on the OK button.
Launch the Safari browser once again.
Now, you need to check if the Safari cannot open the page error is fixed or not.
Power cycle the device
Disable the Mac device by shutting down the system properly.
In case you have the workstation of the Mac, keep pressing on the power key for a few seconds.
In case you have a smartphone, try to switch it off.
You need to wait for a few seconds before switching it on.
Launch the Safari browser.
Open the Safari page.
After that, check whether this issue is fixed or not.
Check restricted protocol
Launch the settings tab on the smartphone.
After that, press on the General option.
Go down and press on the Restrictions option.
After that, you need to type the password.
Go down till you will get the Allowed content title.
Choose the website’s option, which is given below.
Ensure that All websites option you have already chosen.
You need to save the changes you have done.
Close the All websites menu.
Start the device once again.
After that, you need to check whether this error is successfully fixed.
