At first, open VLC on your PC by double clicking on its shortcut on the desktop.
Select media.
Now, choose Convert/Save and Add option.

Now, choose Convert from the drop-down menu available at the bottom.
After that, click on the spanner icon available next to profile.
In there, choose the Audio codec.
