Fix the sync issues whenever a Notebook doesn’t sync

Firstly, go to the OneNote desktop application.
Then, you need to do a right-click on the notebook.
After that, choose Copy Link to Notebook.
Next, go to the web browser.
Then, visit the Address bar.
After that, do the pasting of the link to the notebook.
Next, tap on Enter.
If asked, log in to the MS, work, or school account.
Go to the OneNote desktop application and do a right-click on the notebook.
Then, choose ‘Close This Notebook.’
On the OneNote Online, you need to choose Edit Notebook and, then tap on Edit in Microsoft OneNote.
Lastly, wait for a while and see if the syncing issue is fixed or not.
