Psyonix and Monstercat seem to be working together once again to launch new Rocket League music . Four playlists are planned for this year. The Rocket League x Monstercat Vol. 1 has already been released and Rocket League x Monstercat Vol. 2 will be released in the spring, followed by three additional playlists throughout the year Rocket League Trading, Rocket League Items, Rocket League Keys, Mad.... Psyonix says that "all playlists will be shorter, with EP-length versions, to provide new and diverse music throughout the year."

To start 2018, Monstercat presented two new brands to distinguish the different styles of music produced under its brand, "Instinct" and "Uncaged", and the music lists that are to come will follow the same model, since they will alternate both styles during all year. It has also been confirmed that, as each new playlist is released, Monstercat flags will be added NBA MT Coins, NFL Coins, NHL Coins, Rocket League Keys, Rocket Leag.... Psyonix will share additional details on the most outstanding tracks, the artists behind them and the availability of playlists in the coming weeks, so we will be attentive.
