Atlantic Terrace on Pompano Beach is a fantastic, smaller, more private complex RIGHT ON THE BEACH! A beautiful Very clean & well kept condo WITH EVERYTHING you need for a great Beach vacation! Pictures of this condo are exactly as it appears! Our guests love it here & keep coming back!
This unit is 400 sq. ft. Very clean & adorably decorated. It's located on the 2nd floor. It can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children.
A queen size bed in the bedroom & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room, with all linens. There is a flat screen in the living room & a flat screen in the bedroom. We have premium cable channels & wifi.
There is an elevator to take you to your floor. Your parking space is located right next to the building It has a full kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster and most cooking utensils needed!
The pool is heated and steps down to the beach where there is a great picnic area with a grill, tables, loungers, umbrella, and chairs. There is also a laundry room located on your floor. We supply laundry detergent. Your condo also has beach towels 2,beach chairs, an umbrella.
The condo will have an iron/board & hair dryer.

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. All condo units are non smoking. Each condo has 1 parking space next to building, we are sorry, but there are no additional parking space for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, Atlantic Terrace does Not allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests only. There is a 4 person maximum to this unit per Pompano Beach Fire code.
There is a $300.00 deposit due to hold your rental. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. Cancellations made 30 days prior to occupancy will receive a full refund.
