How to clean the cavity with a conical mobile crusher?

The working part of the cone crusher is two truncated cones, one is a fixed cone (also called an outer cone) and the other is a moving cone (also called an inner cone). In the portion of the moving cone close to the fixed cone, the material is pressed, impacted and bent by the moving cone to become the crushing cavity; when the moving cone is offset from the fixed cone, the broken material is discharged under the self-weight at the bottom of the cone , becomes the discharge port, and the material is loaded from the feed port. When the spring cone crusher is working, the large bevel gear driven by the motor at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve rotates the eccentric sleeve through the fluid coupling and the bevel gear, causing the cone to oscillate and destroy the material.
If the cone-shaped mobile crusher stops under load, the crushing chamber must be thoroughly cleaned and the mobile cone crusher restarted. Double damage to the tapered moving rock crusher and motor will begin in the state where the crushing chamber is filled with ore.

Reason for load shutdown:
(1) Power outage or insufficient fuel
(2) Excess material enters the crushing chamber
(3) The discharge conveyor stops working
(4) The discharged matter accumulates and blocks the crushing chamber
(5) Sintered iron occurs in the broken cavity
