Both application report that they are not able to start the Video Rendering of the stream, so I think the problem could be caused by a problem in the Direct Draw.
I also downloaded a Codec Pack to be able to see MPEG2 & AC3 stream.
I need to check if the driver worked fine even if the regsitry information wasn’t imported.
Decompress all files inside C:\bdaforserver on Windows Vista x64 and Windows Server 2008 x64 On Vista machine, run “ C:\bdaforserver\Setup For x64\Get BDA Vista Files.bat” to copy the following files to the “C:\bdaforserver\Source\x64” folder:

To solve the DirectX problem, I installed the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to get the DirectX support on the server. The download utility get about 54.3 Mb of required files from the web and updated the OS.
