President Lincoln II 10 Meter Amateur Radio.
Received as a gift. I've always wanted one. I'm really enjoying it. Pros: Frequency conversion is ridiculously easy. Excellent receive: quiet, crisp, selective and realistic sounding. It brings in ground wave stations from miles farther than my other radios, without bringing in more noise. Truly, a VERY good receiver. You need to upgrade to a true HF Ham rig (Icom, Yaesu, Kenwood) to get a noticeably better receive. Don't listen to operators with improperly grounded and bonded stations and fiberglass antennas without static busters suffering from corona discharge tell you that this receiver is noisy. This receiver is super sensitive but it can't compensate for a poorly implemented antenna system. There's enough shielding on the board to protect the core at a nuclear power plant. All the frequencies you could ever want and more. All the modes you could ever want and more. SMT board means reliable, vibration resistant operation, neat, compact internals and (if well designed) offers great build quality at more affordable prices. After removing the limiter, AM audio is loud, SHARP, and perfectly clean; a beautiful sounding radio on AM. It has that President speech processor quality to it; it sounds very much like the old D858 chassis. Pairs up very well with a handheld D104b. The Road Devil provides even more punch if you want that "competition skipshooting" sound. FM and SSB audio is beautiful out of the box. Easy to use and intuitive. The Lincoln II's ANL/NB circuits are very sophisticated and effective. (I typically do not use them often, but they balance the quality of reception with noise reduction well). Simple layout and design. Software is good. Somewhat rare (in the U.S.)- not another "me too" radio. Good value. Priced less than most exports and has SSB. You have to spend about $100 more for a decent Stryker with sideband. Enough features to keep you interested- Roger beep, echo, 3 display colors and lots more.
Top critical review.

I had to go to youtube to find out how to change the steps on the frequencies . There is a line under the digit that it is changing on readout. This radio has a lot of features for the price selling on Amazon Simply pushing the main vfo knob in changes the tuning step .To use the fine tune like 28.350.0 to change to 28.350.1 I did not see it in the manual but the video will help you out on operation.

I do like the choice of 3 colors for the front display and the audio bandwidth of 300-3000 hz on ssb The Version 3 Lincoln II is not the Lincoln II+ as it does not have 12 meters 24.890-24.990 There is a difference per email with the company .It will have Lincoln ii+ on the front panel .

Cons: SMT is brutal to work on. Out of the box, AM audio is atrociously anemic, which is disappointing. and removing the limiter is not for the "faint of heart". (I used the smallest soldering tip I have with my head magnifier and my daughter's pointyest tweezers). Quality of buttons, knobs and exterior could be better- Not as refined as the old HR 2510 or original Lincoln, but certainly a cut above the RCI2950. The rotary knob in particular does not give quite as positive a feel as the original Lincoln I or HR2510. (It is also precariously located- too close to the mic gain and clarifier unless you have very small hands- a trade-off for the more compact size). It gives somewhat sloppy tuning and over or under shoots your desired channel/frequency from time to time. Styling could be a little better IMO. It's a bit spartan; the most interesting aspect of the look is the President logo and LINCOLN II embossed across the face. A pair of 3D, color contrasting badges instead of simple silk screened letters would be a welcome upgrade that would give the radio a more distinguished and dignified look.

Top positive review.
5 star value, 3 star quality, fit and finish, 5 star performance and features. 4.5 overall initially. Will update if needed.
Small display numbers for mobile use makes it hard to operate in the mobile on actual frequency readout . .
