it is about 6 years old. I have taken it to a computer guy and he cleaned it up but the Error message still shows up and I have know idea how to fix it.

The model of my machine is a Bernina Aurora 430.

My only concern about that is that I have the software CD but when I install it it ask for a second CD and I only have one.
