Real Hide IP doesn't come with a bunch of extra features, but it does what it claims. There are some nice options for customization, so you have control over when it's running and which browsers to use it with. You can try it for free for one day, using US IPs only, and it costs $19.95 to purchase the full version.

Customization options: Through this program, you can choose to use an IP address from any one of a long list of different countries. You can also opt to have your IP change at timer intervals that you set, and you can decide whether you want the program to run on start up or only when you open it manually. There is also an option to enable the program for specific browsers and not others.
No Chrome: This app works with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera. But there is no option to enable it for Chrome, so if that's the browser you prefer, you're out of luck.
