I have a lifetime subscription for real player plus for many years now. I have found out that real player no longer supports real player 16 ( which is what I have been using no problems ). How do I keep my features without paying again? If I do have to pay again, I think it's only fair that I pay a discounted price being a long time customer with a lifetime subscription. Can you send me a link so I can download realtimes 18 plus? Also I hope this is the last time I have to pay as I thoroughly enjoy using real player, but I don't want to pay again.
If you would like to download the previous version RealPlayer Cloud and access plus features, first uninstall the latest version from your computer by following this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013.
After you are signed in, you should see a RealPlayer Plus icon located in the upper left corner of the player.

When you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version RealPlayer 16, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges. We're no longer making any updates to RealPlayer 16 (or RealPlayer Cloud).

Open RealPlayer. From the RealPlayer menu in the upper left, choose Sign in. Enter your email address and password.
After downloading the free version, sign in to access the Plus features of the player:
