Regardless of all that I still consider myself an intelligent and college-worthy student, I just never took high school very seriously. On the other hand, I love to write and that has always been my strength. My college essay is excellent and is my only hope getting into a good school, according to my father. My other passion has always been photography, both film and digital.

3.0 gpa/25 act/great essay. chances?
Honestly, my high school career up until my senior year has been a train wreck (2.4 gpa) But I've definitely stepped up this year as I have a's and b's while taking two Ap classes, Rising Scholar Literature (B+) and College Biology (A-). My transcript hasn't been updated to this semester so it still shows my bad stats. I'm hopeful that I can bump my gpa up to at least a 3.0.

I got a 25 on the Act plus Writing.
