If the GPS reception is still poor please try to use your device outside, where the signals of the satellites are not blocked. If you are using your iGO Navigation in a car, place your phone or tablet near or directly under the windscreen. The UV filter of cutting-edge technology windscreens may also have a negative effect on the GPS reception. If you still can’t detect any GPS signals please contact your device manufacturer.
Go to “Settings” in the app, and click on the arrow in the bottom right corner to select the “Reset to Default” menu option. Download the previously purchased maps and services again. In this case, you can do so without having to pay for them again.

iGO Navigation does not contain any maps at the first download. To get them, you need to use the in-app purchase feature. Visit the in-app store, and select the Navigation Package of the region you want to download. Once you have downloaded the Navigation Package, you can buy more content to your application.

In the iGO Navigation app you decide which countries you want to download from a region, so you can save your storage for more important things like photos, videos, and music. If you have replaced your device or reinstalled iGO Navigation you need to set up your account to be able to restore the subscription features.
