just go to the following site and do the upgrade manually. Download the appropriate media creator tool for your computer, either 32 bit or 64 bit. Once downloaded, ensure that you are plugged into a power source for the remainder of the upgrade process and also ensure that you are completely up to date on your Control Panel>Windows Update. If all the steps above and completed, then run the Media Creator Tool and follow the prompts when prompted and note, that the process may or may not take a bit of time, but you can see on screen that the upgrade is in progress and at what stage of the upgrade you are at. At the end of the program, you will have successfully upgraded to Windows 10. Your computer will do multiple restarts but that is nothing to worry about, it is part of the process. To see what bit your computer is running, open Control Panel and click on System and wait a couple seconds, or so, for the screen to load, then look in the main window and you should see either 32 bit or 64 bit. The following site is the site that you can download the Media Creator Tool appropriate for your bit type.
