Hi - I see you have looked at other threads on this topic. usually users reporting CD ripping problems (ripping is the term for copying an audio CD to your music library) do not have a rip location set in Windows Media Player ( WMP). Also in Windows 10, 'Groove Music' may be set as the default player - and Groove has no CD copying option (!!)
If you need to find WMP look in the start menu under Windows or use the start - search option and type it in. Then pin it to your taskbar or create a desktop shortcut for ease of access.
With WMP open, check that under 'Organize' - 'Manage Libraries' - 'Music' a default location is selected - this will usually be the main Music folder . If it is not there click ' Add ' select it and then click OK .
If my assumption is incorrect you'll need to explain more clearly what you need as Remon has requested.
