My HP L9V87PA#ABG notebook has stopped accessing the internet, both ethernet cable and wifi. Wifi works. I tried closing and re-installing driver for Realtek PCLe FE family Controller. No good. So I want to download a new windows 10 internet controller driver on another computer with internet access, and then transfer the file to the HP and instal the new driver. I cannot believe that the driver is 10 MB. Is this true? I downloaded 0019-Install_Win10_10019_06302017-1 Is this the correct driver? I don’t want to do anything else, download software that updates all my drivers etc etc. Just the internet comtroller driver.
go to device manager in control panel and click on Ethernet controller and right click on it and click on scan for hardware changes and problem solve if not you are missing the driver.
I have the same issue right now, was there a fix or could you link me the correct driver for windows 10. I’m aware this forum is old but this describes my issue perfectly.
I have encountered the same cproblem on my HP laptop after an update from HP. Any solutions out there?
The link to the vista driver 10613 does not work. It activates the Win 8 driver. Please could you fix it?
