If you're serious about winning a race in Path of Exile

If you're serious about winning a race in Path of Exile, you need to get into the mindset of PoE trade currency enjoying only "an additional map" And after you finish it, run one more map. Make it second nature to start the next map once you exit, so that you have to keep grinding.

That being said, it is important to keep healthy and fair, and 16+ hour days are not healthy. After four or five days of breathing and living Path of Exile, my entire body was crying for rest, and my palms had cramped up.

You make better decisions when you are well-rested. If you do not get enough sleep while you're competing in a Path of Exile race, you may make a sloppy error and perish.

During long grinding sessions, make sure you step away from the computer every few hours. Spend 30 minutes doing something which does not involve looking at a display. Take a walk, run some errands, or cook a meal.

It is not the end of the world in case you die or do not get a Demi. I died twice at the Turmoil race. The next time was extremely disappointing since I was at the top five to my class at the moment, also this was the very first race I had ever tried to win. Both of cheap poe currency those times I died involved elderly mechanics, but I learned from my errors.
