With more and more of the game’s content being dedicated to throwing huge packs of mobs at you, you need a build that excels at clearing entire screens in a split second. Arc doesn’t really need any introductions as it’s hands-down the best clearing spell in the Path of Exile, adding mines into the mix brings it to a whole new level.
