How to Set Apple Screen Time for Parental Control

Kids nowadays are so fond of using phones all the time, playing games, watching movies, etc. It is hard to keep your phones away from them because you cannot pay attention to what they’re doing all the time.
Getting your kids to help you at home or do anything that you’ve asked for is difficult as long as they’ve glued their eyes to the screen. No worries! You can set boundaries for the same if you own an iPhone or any other Apple device.

Screen Time Options You Can Work With

Once you’ve set up screen time on the devices access by your child, you can play with the following settings:

Restricting Privacy

Restricting the privacy on your device will not let your child access any mature content. This is a convenient way if you can’t keep an eye on your child all the time.

Limitations to Communicate

You can control the settings for communication, which means you can set a limit who your child talks to and for how long.

Limitations to Applications

You can set a time limit for your child to access certain apps on a daily basis. For example, if you want your child to watch YouTube for only 15 minutes a day, it is now possible with this setting.

Downtime

You can customize the access of your applications that will work after you turn this setting on. Only the applications which you give access to or the phone calls will work when you turn this feature on.
