Step 1: perform a hard RESET

Turn the printer on.
Wait for the printer to go silent and idle before proceeding to the next step.
When the Printer is already ON, remove the power cable from the back of the Printer.
Even unplug the Printer from the wall socket.
Wait for at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cable back on to the printer as well as on the wall socket.
If the Printer does not turn on automatically, then turn on the Printer.
Again wait for the printer to go silent and idle.
Try giving the print. If the error has resolved then the printer will print.

Step 2: RESET and drain the battery
Switch off the Printer
Unplug the printer from the wall socket as well as the back of the printer.
