I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and I have noticed in practice more patients experiencing anxiety and depression during the pandemic.

The year 2020 and our current year 2021 have been stressful. Adulting without Covid was enough: working, parenting, other family and community responsibilities.
For someone who have a history of anxiety and/or depression, this virus can cause their symptoms to exacerbate. For others. you may find yourself having mild symptoms.
I do not have a history or been diagnosed with anxiety or depression, but I sometimes feel anxious. I recently went to my son’s school orientation.
Although, everyone had their mask on, I started to feel some mild tighten in the chest while standing in line for his schedule. Once I was not in a crowded area,
I was better. This blog will discuss helpful information to guide you if you are experiencing depression and anxiety during the pandemic.
This site is to provide essential tips on Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner Blog, Depression, Mental Health, Physical Health, Lifestyle, Wellness, Family,
