Azeetop 500 Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and eyes in adults and children. It is also effective in typhoid fever and some sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea.
Azeetop 500 mg tablets are taken orally, preferably one hour before or 2 hours after a meal. It should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by the doctor. Do not miss any doses and finish the entire course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too soon can make the infection come back or get worse.

Commonly seen side effects with this drug include vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea. These are usually temporary and disappear with the completion of treatment. Consult your doctor if you find that these side effects bother you or persist for a longer time.

Tell your doctor if you have a history of allergies or heart problems before taking this medicine. Pregnant or lactating women should consult their doctor before using this medicine.
