▶BCAA 대신 9가지 필수 아미노산을 모두 섭취하자

BCAA가 다른 필수 아미노산과 가장 많이 차이가 나는 점이 있는데 저것은 대부분 근육에서 대사가 이루어진다는 점입니다. 이 같은 특성 때문에 운동선수나 트레이너들에게 각광을 받기 시작했고 이 부분에 대해 공부를 하기 시행했습니다. 테스트결과에 따르면 BCAA와 유청단백질을 함께 마셨던 실험군이 근단백질 합성률이 10%나 올랐습니다. 결국은 BCAA 뿐만아니라 근단백질의 합성 작용을 더 높이기 위해선 3가지 필수 아미노산이 충분히 들어 있는 단백질을 섭취하는 편이 좋다고 결론지었습니다.

구체적으로 이야기하자면 단백질 보충제를 우선적으로 섭취하는 것이 좋으며 만약 BCAA 보충제를 먹는다면 아미노산 스코어 800점에 해당하는 소고기와 같은 빨간색 살코기, 닭고기와 동일한 흰색 살코기, 달걀, 우유 등을 다같이 섭취하게 되면 근육 트레이닝의 효능을 최대화 시킬 수 있을 프로틴웍스
